Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an amazing Hollywood actress and author who's talents have brought her critical acclaim and recognition. Sagittarius by birth the actress was born on December 3, 1960 on the state of North Carolina. She's the oldest of three siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne psychologist.
